SHIPPING & RETURNS

MODERN FIT BOUTIQUE POLICIES

  • ORDERS

*Please allow 3-4 business days for standard processing after your order has been placed. After this period, the shipping process will go into effect. During high sale times and holiday seasons it may take up to 7-9 business days for standard processing.

*All prices are listed in USD.

*We are unable to make any adjustments, or additions, to orders after they have been submitted. No exceptions. 

*We are unable to cancel orders after they have been submitted 

*Modern Fit Co. does not guarantee the stock of any item 

By completing a purchase you are agreeing to all terms and policies listed on this page.  Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

  • RETURN POLICY:

By purchasing from us you are agreeing with the following terms:

Online 

-Returns are accepted up to 15 days from the date of delivery for online orders (per tracking). 

-Original shipping is not refundable. 

* We recommend a method of shipment that will provide a tracking number (ask your post office for options). 

-Returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, smoke free, pet free, and food free condition. 

* Non qualifying items - smells of smoke, pet odor, fragrance or body odor; has stains, animal hair, or has been washed/worn/altered.  Items must be in original condition with applicable tags attached.  If your items do not qualify for store credit/exchange you will need to make arrangements for it to be returned.  If arrangements are not made - after 14 days, the items will go to a non-profit charity. 

-Original tags (if applicable) must be attached and intact 

-Shoes must be returned in original box and placed in an additional package for shipment. Do not add tape, shipping label or any other markings to the original shoe box.  Doing so will make cause your return to be subject to a restocking fee. 

-Damages must be reported with 72 of purchase or receipt of order.

-FINAL SALE items are not eligible for a refund or store credit. 

-Purchases made during a special promotion will not be accepted for a return.  Please read all promotion details.

  • SHIPPING

​*Orders are shipped Mon-Fri, excluding holidays.

*We are unable to combine shipping costs for multiple orders placed in the same, or multiple days, whether the order has shipped or not.

*Modern Fit Boutique does not offer expedited shipping, standard shipping only is available.

*It may take 48-72 hours for you to receive a confirmation email that your package has left our facility, not counting weekends or holidays.

*Modern Fit Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments by the carrier when there is a notice of delivery.  Optional coverage is available through Route+ at the time of purchase.

*Modern Fit Boutique is not responsible for the receipt of shipping confirmation email.
